• Minimum 6-night stay except during the Holiday season which is 7-nights

• 10% weekly rental discount

• 50% long-term rates rental discount (28+ days)

• Rates do not include Mexican VAT or local Lodging taxes.

• Rates do not include $30 one-time cleaning fee

• As with most rentals in Playa, guests are responsible for electric usage minus a 20kwH allowance.

• Concierge services available for a fee — private shuttle service, airport transfers, housekeeping, arranging tours, grocery shopping, special occasion decoration, etc.
