ABOUT PLAYA KAAN AND THE OWNERS
Three friends from Washington DC and Philadelphia traveled to Playa del Carmen for a weekend of fun and fell in love with the town. No other place they visited seemed to compare with the beauty and the tranquility of Playa. After casually looking at a handful of properties they quickly decided to purchase. Playa Kaan 22 was purchased the summer of 2016.

Playa Kaan consists of 33 privately owned condominiums. The building's exterior looks authentic to the region with modern 1 and 2 bedroom units. Units are a mixture of owner occupied and vacation rentals. The complex features private parking, courtyard, tropical gardens, swimming pool, waterfall and sun deck. Centrally located 1,000 feet from the beach and 650 feet from 5th Avenue.
