Playa Kaan 22 is only a three minute walk to the beach. From the main gate walk down the 12th Street sidewalk. Enjoy the public beach or a beach club. Most of the Playa del Carmen beach clubs also offer swimming pools and live music. You will also find all types of water sports such as scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, seadoos and other water toys.
